Our services are designed to guide you through that tunnel.

 

We start by understanding your body, your history, and your goals. From there, we build a personalized plan that addresses the root cause of your limitations—not just the symptoms. As you progress, we layer in strength, control, and performance training to ensure your results carry over into real life and sport.

Physical Therapy

Looking to bring a functional approach to your team? Dr. Daniel Negron offers one-hour in-service sessions covering rehabilitation, health, and wellness topics. Sessions must be booked at least two months in advance and are available throughout the Boston/Metro Boston area.

Personalized Online Coaching

Performance training is about building a body that moves strong, fast, and efficiently. We train strength, power, mobility, and control to translate directly into real-life and sport performance. Every session is customized to challenge your weaknesses and sharpen your strengths. The goal is simple: move better, perform better, and stay injury-free.

Joining TUNL also gives you access to ongoing online resources delivered through our email series. Topics include fitness, rehab, recovery, and foundational nutrition to support your progress. We also cover sports psychology concepts like motivation, mindset, and long-term consistency. This added layer of support helps you stay informed, engaged, and moving forward outside of your sessions.

Online Resources

Physical therapy with TUNL blends hands-on treatment and performance-based training. Sessions may include dry needling, soft tissue and sports massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and joint mobilizations, combined with corrective exercise and strength training. This integrated approach—pairing manual therapy with purposeful movement—is what makes the TUNL method unique.
